Important Notes

In order to take part in the Youth Zone this form must be fully completed for each participant.
This is not a supervised zone so all children and young people must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Behaviour deemed unacceptable will result in participants being asked to leave the Youth Zone.
I understand that by entering the youth zone photos will be taken for the purposes of promoting JLGB activities and for the Jewish News.
Parents and other adults may take part in the activities provided, but during busy times priority will be given to children and young people.
