Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products, a refund will be given with the original postage & packaging charges deducted.

The products must be sent back to us within 21 days from the dispatch date. The items must be in their original condition and unused. Return postage & packaging charges should be paid by the buyer.

Please include your name, phone number and the order number.

Returns must be sent to: JLGB Shop, Camperdown, 3 Beechcroft Road, London, E18 1LA, England.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
