What does JLGB mean to you?
JLGB is a place where young people can grow, gain confidence, and develop key life skills in a supportive environment. Through programmes like DofE, it empowers them to challenge themselves, build resilience, and form lifelong friendships. More than an organisation, JLGB is a community that inspires and supports every young person involved.
Why are you excited to work for JLGB?
I’m excited to work for JLGB because of the opportunity to collaborate on meaningful projects with incredible charities and organisations. Every day brings new challenges and chances to make a real impact, ensuring young people have access to exciting, enriching experiences. Being part of a team that constantly innovates and expands its reach is both fulfilling and inspiring.
What is your favourite JLGB moment?
Shabbat on Summer Camp is a highlight for me—the atmosphere, the togetherness, and the traditions make it unforgettable. Seeing everyone connect and share in something so special reminds me why JLGB is more than just activities; it’s about community, memories, and lasting friendships.
